-- We have two option on the 5R110 transmission filtration:
1) This filter option is for 6.4L rigs, and for 6.0L rigs running the 6.4L pan upgrade.
"Trans Filter - UPGRADE - 5R110 - OE 6.4L or 6.0L w/ 6.4L pan"
2) The other filter option is for 6.0L rigs that are still running the stock 6.0L trans pan.
"Trans Filter - STOCK - 5R110 6.0L - w/ stock pan"
While you're changing the filter, you'll want to consider a new pan gasket.

Heat, debris and slippage reduce the lifespan of a transmission. You can increase the life of a 5R110 by reducing the impact of those destructive forces.
a) Reduce Heat - Running the bigger 6.4L pan and you'll get better cooling. It's a drop in replacement.
b) Improve Filtration - Running the 6.4L pan allows you to run the 6.4L filter which provides dramatically better filtration
c) Reduce slippage.... and avoid "shift flare" by running upgraded Direct and EPC Solenoids
