What service level should I pick?
Can I just keep the same FICM software I have now?
Core Notes: FICM cores have a $350 value. Rather than collect this amount upfront, a partial $75 deposit is collected at checkout. Failing to return your core within 30 days will result in your deposit being forfeited along with the remaining $275 of the core value being charged to your credit card. If you send in a core with a damaged connector, a $75 reduction will be applied to any core refund you are due.

PRO TIP: To ensure you receive your full deposit credit, be careful to not break the connector when removing it from the truck. Carefully wrap the module to protect the connector during return shipping.
