Extensive testing and research has proven that stock 6.0L HPOPS (high pressure oil pumps) are capable of much greater output but due to the design of the stock delivery system they are limited. The pros at DieselSite have crafted a solution. Whether running a stock HPOP or installing a larger volume pump like the DieselSite Adrenaline (or dual pumps) this improved delivery solution is a must. The improved design will allow your HPOP to achieve its full potential. (click the magnifying glass icon in the main image)
With the "HPODS" system you'll notice a quieter engine (less wear), quicker starts, better throttle response and more power.
The parts in this kit are custom built. The stainless braided hoses are made to withstand 5000psi constant working pressure (20,000lb burst pressure) and rated at 600 degrees. They're not your typical hydraulic hoses.

Kit Options:
Basic Kit Includes: - CNC machined distribution block, CNC machined stainless steel adapters for engine connections, custom precision hydraulic metering control devices, ICP extension harness, stainless braided high pressure hoses (with Firesleeve protectant), bracket, hardware and fittings to complete the installation.
Basic Kit with Valve Cover upgrade includes: To run this system, you must install a 2004.5-2007 PASSENGER side valve cover on the DRIVER's side of the engine. (yes, they fit) If you need a valve cover, the valve cover upgrade option includes a remanufactured (sand blasted and painted) cover with the required ICP and oil fill hole plugs. As indicated, the covers are "reman", so they may have small imperfections in them. Don't worry though, no junk parts are reworked.
Basic Kit with (CCV) Crankcase Vent Upgrade: When you remove the driver's side valve cover to install the passenger side unit, you'll be removing the factory crankcase vent. That needs to be relocated. Dieselsite provides a simple solution. Th CCV upgrade kit screws into the oil fill tube and routes crankcase vapors to the inlet of your intake tube. (the original termination point).
Platinum Level - Complete Kit Includes: Everything listed above. You get the basic kit, the valve cover upgrade and CCV mod kit. It's the whole enchilada and the way to go if you don't want to hassle with sourcing items or engineering things out.
